: Job Title: Oracle Lead (Business Intelligence Reporting)
Hiring Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Trivandram, Kochi
Experience Range: 7 Yrs - 10 Yrs Must-Have Skills:

• Oracle Business Intelligence Tools: Proficiency in Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
• Oracle Database Management: Strong background in managing Oracle databases, including performance optimization and query tuning.
• Reporting Solution Development: Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing reporting solutions to support business intelligence (BI) initiatives.
• Data Warehousing & ETL: Experience in data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration for accurate and consistent reporting.
• Collaboration & Requirement Gathering: Ability to work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Technical Guidance: Strong ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to team members on Oracle reporting tools and BI best practices.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Cross-functional Team Collaboration: Experience working with developers, analysts, and business users to ensure successful delivery of reporting solutions.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to reporting tools, data quality, and performance.
• Emerging Trends in Oracle Reporting & BI: Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in Oracle reporting and business intelligence to continuously improve capabilities.

Responsibilities: * Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle-based reporting solutions to support business intelligence initiatives.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications for reporting solutions.
• Utilize Oracle reporting tools (Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, Oracle Analytics Cloud) to create interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and data integration solutions to ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting.
• Optimize and tune Oracle databases and reporting queries for improved performance and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on Oracle reporting tools and best practices.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in Oracle reporting and business intelligence to continuously enhance reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business users, to ensure successful delivery of reporting solutions.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to reporting tools, data quality, and performance.
