Role description

4-5 year working experience as Jira Administrator Need to work from client location at Pune Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in Jira administration and configuration. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management concepts. Familiarity with software development and IT processes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to analyze complex workflows and translate them into Jira configurations. Jira certification is a plus. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Groovy) for Jira automation. Experience with Jira Service Management and Confluence. Knowledge of Jira plugins and add-ons for extended functionality. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
