Role description

\xe2\x80\xa2 4-5 year working experience as Jira Administrator \xe2\x80\xa2 Need to work from client location at Pune \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience in Jira administration and configuration. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management concepts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with software development and IT processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and collaboration skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to analyze complex workflows and translate them into Jira configurations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Jira certification is a plus. Preferred Skills: \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Groovy) for Jira automation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with Jira Service Management and Confluence. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of Jira plugins and add-ons for extended functionality. \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
