As a Product Manager for Smart Vision, you will be a senior leader in the product leadership and will: ? Develop strategic roadmap, analysing and understanding the value creation opportunities for customers in target tiers. ? Understand the digital disruptions, challenges that enterprise market is experiencing and innovative solutions that the platform and bring to the customers. ? Own and lead upstream product management functions - enabling continuous market-fit, enabling various routes to market initiatives, help build analyst perceptions, enable the product success and customer success teams, help strategic acquisitions and integrations as and when needed and continuously position the product ahead in the target market. ? Streamline downstream product management, effectively to continuously define and prioritize development themes and stories. ? Validate and align product engineering, product marketing, customer success, professional services and sales team priorities to achieve the market success of the product. ? Expand the product line capabilities aligned to key themes of value creation. ? Own the product roadmap - balancing the priorities of strategic roadmap, customer commitments, business urgencies, marketing needs and development capacity. ? Drive the execution in the desired direction at an optimum velocity. ? Ensure the product features meet the standards of a modern enterprise product in terms of UX, Build quality and Performance. ? Demonstrate the thought leadership and action orientation to continuously put the product ahead in the market and against competition. We expect you to have: ? Minimum 5 years of experience, building enterprise software products and / or platforms. ? Have at least 2 years of deep domain experience in enterprise / B2B software product management ? Excellent skills of articulating platform values to senior leadership audience ? Strategic product mindset and ability to get into the details of PRD (Product Requirements Document) and User experience. ? Experience in the day-to-day Kanban flow of agile scrum engineering organization ? Customer first mindset - Be a true representative of the target market and customers in the product team. ?
