:Minimum 7 Years of experience. Mandatory Skills: Should have minimum one implementation experience and hands on experience in Solution Manager Business Process Management. Extensive knowledge in Solution Manager Diagnostics Extensive knowledge on Solution Documentation and customizing Should have hands on experience in CHARM configuration in Solution Manager 7.2/7.1 Knowledge of SAP User Administration including role assignment. Good in documentation. Person should have an experience in Configuring and Supporting Solution Manager 7.0 and 7.1. or 7.2 \xc2\xb7 Should have experience in Technical Tasks Customization and operation of the SAP Solman modules: - Business Processes Modelling, Business Process Change Analysis , Business Process Monitoring \xe2\x80\x93 Change Request Management (ChaRM), Change Control Management System (CCMS), Change Transport System (CTS+) \xe2\x80\x93 Application Lifecycle Management and maintenance optimizer. \xe2\x80\x93 System Administration / Monitoring \xe2\x80\x93 Incident Management Test Management, Testing Tool Integration, etc) - End-to-End Root Cause Analysis (E2E / RCA) \xe2\x80\x93 Service Level reporting \xe2\x80\x93 Solution Documentation \xc2\xb7 Experience in setting up and troubleshooting BPM. \xc2\xb7 Should be able to present and interact business process owners in the environment. \xc2\xb7 Must have good working experience on other components of Solman system Admin and Monitoring, Remote Supportability, Solution Manager Work Centre. \xc2\xb7 Performance Optimization of Systems connected to Solman System.Skills:SAP Solution Manager, SAP Solman, CHARM, Change Request Management.About Company:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
