:Role Proficiency:Act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options optimizing application development maintenance and performance by employing design patterns and reusing proven solutions account for others\' developmental activitiesJob Purpose:Technical Lead Location : TrivandrumDuties and Responsibilities/Collaborate with product owners and architects to understand their business/technical problems and design /architect solutions.Analysing user\xe2\x80\x99s needs and then finding applications to serve them.Design and develop Microservices-based applications.Design and develop solutions with TDD (Test Driven Development)Work hands-on with engineers to review and troubleshoot coding problems quickly and effectively.Improve the code quality by continuous code reviews.Collaborating with team to identify and fix technical solutions.Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.Creating end goals for the team \xc2\xb7Conducting security audits to identify areas of improvements.Skills and Competencies/Job specification \xef\x83\x98Excellent hands-On experience in designing and developing applications using technologies like -C#, .NET Core, Blazor, Microservices, Web API, Azure- Service Bus, Cosmos, AKS, Function Apps, Azure Pipelines, App-Services.Strong Understanding and working experience with TDD approach.Working experience with Docker and exposure on cloud environmentHands-On knowledge in object-oriented concepts and designing Entity relationships for enterprise applications.Solid understanding of both the functional and technical specifications, effort estimation and milestones.Follow proper coding standards and application architecture guidelines.Excellent communication skills, oral and written.Skills:Full Stack,Dot Net Core,AzureAbout Company:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
