: Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Hiring Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kochi, Trivandrum, Pune, Noida, Chennai Experience Range: 5 ? 8 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ServiceNow platform development, ITSM, CSM, FSM modules, and integrations with SAP systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirement analysis, implementation, testing, and documentation while ensuring seamless integration and performance optimization within the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Analysis & Documentation:
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Document change requests and maintain proper documentation for implemented solutions.
  • Software Implementation & Development:
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow Catalogs, Agent Workspaces, and Workflows.
  • Implement Request, Case, and Incident Management solutions.
  • Write Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Update Set Release Management.
  • Testing & Integration:
  • Prepare unit test specifications, conduct unit testing, and review test cases.
  • Perform integration testing with SAP and other third-party systems using REST APIs, CPI, and other integration methods.
  • Conduct testing on target ECU at BGSW or through remote access.
  • Configuration Management & Deployment:
  • Ensure smooth integration of software changes into the identified configuration management archive.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain system stability and efficiency.
Must-Have Skills:
  • ServiceNow Certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator), CAD (Certified Application Developer), CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist).
  • Strong understanding of ITSM, CSM, and FSM modules within ServiceNow.
  • Experience in developing and managing ServiceNow catalogs, workflows, and agent workspaces.
  • Proficiency in Request, Case, and Incident Management.
  • Hands-on experience in Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Update Set Release Management.
  • Integration expertise with SAP systems using REST API, CPI, and other middleware solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
Good-to-Have Skills:
  • Knowledge of Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • Exposure to ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
