Title: Sr. Developer:



CPQ Implementation - Conga Platform- Offshore Role Overview: Require a skilled Conga CPQ Developer to join our project team. This role is key in designing, developing, and maintaining CPQ solutions using the Conga CPQ platform. This role will collaborate closely solution architects, product team, QA and other development teams to ensure successful implementation of CPQ functionalities. Experience with implementing CPQ in telecom industry is preferred. Responsibilities: o Design and develop CPQ solutions using the Conga CPQ platform to support configure, price, and quote processes. o Customize and configure Conga CPQ application components, including product rules, pricing models, workflows, and document templates. o Implement integrations between Conga CPQ and other enterprise systems, such as CRM, ServiceNow, ERP, etc., to ensure data consistency and process automation. o Understand the COTS capabilities preferably Conga Suite and the overlay implementation needs from customer in an efficient manner. o Provide input in product modelling workshops, familiarity with general TM Forum eTOM, TAM and SID concepts. o Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate CPQ configurations and customizations. o Provide technical expertise and support to resolve issues related to Conga CPQ implementation and ongoing maintenance. o Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and deployment plans. Requirements: o Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). o Strong understanding of CPQ concepts, including product configurations, pricing rules, and quote-to-cash processes. o Proven experience in Conga CPQ, Conga EPC and product modelling concepts o Experience in integrating CPQ systems with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP (e.g., SAP) systems. o Expert in configuration automation using .net framework. o Experience in configuring telecom products such as broadband, cable, fixed voice, TV, IP VPN etc. o Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and other relevant programming languages for CPQ customization. o Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
