: Role: ServiceNow Senior Developer - Platform Experience: 5 to 8 Years Location: Pune / Bangalore / Chennai / Hyderabad / Trivandrum/ Kochi / Noida Job Title: ServiceNow Senior Developer - Platform Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on platform performance, testing, and feature enhancements.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including scripting, workflows, UI policies, and integrations.
  • Integrations Expertise: Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and connecting ServiceNow with external systems.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting performance issues and implementing improvements.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Good-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management Professional (ITSM Pro), Security Operations, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Finance Services Operations (FSO), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Discovery.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • Familiarity with Automated Test Framework (ATF) and performance testing tools.
  • Knowledge of ITIL principles and agile development practices.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Platform Performance & Testing: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance. Implement testing strategies to ensure stability, reliability, and efficiency across all ServiceNow modules.
  • Feature Enhancements & New Development: Design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements, responding to evolving business needs while maintaining system stability.
  • Integrations Management: Develop and maintain integrations with third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality between ServiceNow and external systems.
  • Cross-Module Support: Provide support and expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD), ensuring cohesive platform performance and functionality.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for platform optimization and enhancements, staying current with ServiceNow?s latest releases and capabilities.
  • Documentation & Standards: Maintain thorough technical documentation and adhere to best practices, ensuring high-quality development and platform standards.
