Role description

Role Proficiency:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ASCP Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of hands-on experience in Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) including functional setups, configurations, testing, and user support. This role requires strong business process knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle EBS R12 ASCP modules. Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business users and translate them into functional specifications. Perform setups and configurations in Oracle ASCP (including Plans, Collections, Constraints, and Optimizations). Work with technical teams to develop extensions, reports, and interfaces as needed. Execute functional testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Troubleshoot and resolve ASCP-related issues in production and non-production environments. Provide training and support to end users and business stakeholders. Document all configurations, test cases, and user guides as part of the implementation lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as SCM, Manufacturing, Inventory, and Order Management. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 with a strong focus on Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP). Deep functional knowledge in: ASCP Plans (Unconstrained, Constrained, Optimized) Data Collections Planner Workbench Supply Chain Analyzer Experience with functional setups, configurations, and customizations. Strong understanding of Oracle SCM modules (INV, BOM, WIP, OM, PO) and their integration with ASCP. Ability to prepare and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts. Solid communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with AIM/OUM methodology is a plus. Oracle certification in ASCP or Supply Chain Management is desirable. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in full-cycle ASCP implementation and upgrades. Exposure to Oracle Cloud SCM would be a plus. Familiarity with BI Publisher, OTBI, or other Oracle reporting tools.
