: Job Title: Salesforce Vlocity /Omnistudio Senior Developer Experience Range: 6-10 years Hiring Location: Noida, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Trivandrum Must-Have Skills:

• Salesforce Development:

• 6-10 years of experience in Salesforce.com development, implementation, administration, and configuration
• Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and LWC
• Expertise in JavaScript frameworks for Salesforce development
• Salesforce Automation:

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Flow Implementation and Apex Managed Sharing
• Integration (Mandatory):

• Experience in Salesforce integrations using SOAP, REST, WSDL, and SSL
• OmniStudio Experience (Primary Expectation)

• Hands-on experience with OmniStudio components like FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures
• Salesforce Administration & Customization:

• SFDC objects, data fields, page layouts, record types, workflows
• Reports, dashboards, and document templates
• Communication & Collaboration:

• Ability to coordinate with onsite (USA-based) Salesforce development teams
• Interaction with IT/Business stakeholders for knowledge transition and project alignment

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with different Salesforce Clouds:

• Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Exposure to other Salesforce offerings like Marketing Cloud, Einstein AI, Analytics
• Experience working with Salesforce security models, role hierarchy, and permissions

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and LWC
• Develop and manage Salesforce integrations with external systems
• Work extensively on OmniStudio solutions to enhance Salesforce functionality
• Implement Salesforce Flow automation and Apex Managed Sharing for access control
• Collaborate with onsite teams and IT/Business stakeholders for project execution and knowledge transition
• Customize and configure Salesforce UI, workflows, reports, and dashboards
• Ensure best coding practices and adhere to Salesforce development standards
