: Job Title: Salesforce Tester (QA Engineer) Location: Trivandrum, Kochi, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune , Noida Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce QA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality Engineering, Object-Oriented Programming, and a thorough understanding of Salesforce testing. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality through the entire development lifecycle, with a focus on full-stack testing (both backend and frontend). The role also involves automating tests and integrating test automation into the continuous delivery pipeline. Key Responsibilities: Automation and Testing:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather automation requirements and design automated tests.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement scalable test automation solutions across the Salesforce platform.
• Develop and manage automated testing artifacts ensuring proper reuse, versioning, backups, and organization.

Test Execution and Reporting:

• Compile and prepare test results, reporting both formally and informally to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Communicate test results to both internal teams and clients, ensuring clarity in understanding issues or progress.

Collaboration with Development Teams:

• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to integrate automated testing into the continuous delivery pipeline.
• Actively engage with teams for smooth deployment and automation integration.

Stakeholder Management:

• Participate in client meetings, offshore, onsite, and other required interactions.
• Adapt to daily client scrum calls during overlapping hours (until 9 PM IST).

Quality Assurance:

• Apply various software testing strategies and methods to ensure quality across Salesforce applications.
• Support ongoing improvements in test automation and delivery speed.

Must-Have Skills:

• Salesforce: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce testing.
• Quality Assurance: Proven experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on test automation.
• Automation: Experience in developing and maintaining automated tests.
• Agile Methodology: Understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and how to implement QA in these environments.
• ETL Testing: Knowledge of ETL testing and integration testing.
• API Testing: Experience in testing APIs, including integration and functional testing.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to report and explain results to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Healthcare Testing Experience: Familiarity with healthcare-related testing (e.g., Case Management testing, Credentialing, and Provider Data Management testing).
• Salesforce Projects: Experience working on Salesforce projects (minimum 2-3).
• Test Automation Tools: Familiarity with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or others.
• Collaboration in Distributed Teams: Experience working in a globally distributed team.

Experience Range:

• Experience: 5-8 years of experience in Quality Assurance and test automation, with a minimum of 2-3 Salesforce projects.
