JOB DESCRIPTION TheBusinessAnalystrole works closely with ourBusinessPartners to definebusinessrequirements, buildbusinessuse cases, and document overall process/system improvements. This role requires the ability to work with cross-functional teams, interpretbusinessneeds and translate them into domain, capability, process, and system requirements. This individual drives finalization of analysis throughBusinessDesign Documentation and Solution Designs that align to technical principles, standards, and patterns management of alignment with technical design and delivery by acting as the conduit betweenbusinessgroups and an IT development team. Key Technical Systems: D365, Salesforce, Windchill, Solumina, UKG, Avante, Azure, ADO, Azure Services, GIT, Jenkins, AKS, Cosmos, Snowflake, Kafka, Confluent, Event Hubs, Data Bricks, Change Data Capture, Python, R, SQL, or similar languages Responsibilties / Expertise Gather, analyze, and documentbusinessrequirements through interviews, independent analysis, and workshops Document requirements using variousBusinessCapability analysis tool(s) and industry standard processes Process design and mapping, includingbusinessrules, process flows, and future state modeling Independently authors test plans and test cases to complete integration and release testing in Azure DevOps or similar tools Documentsbusinesscapability levels through use of Visio, Orbus, LeanIX or similar tools Collaborates to produce technical specifications for specific software enhancements and new functionality Partner with Product Owners, Program Managers, and thebusinesscommunity to ensure project issues get resolved, reporting stays current, and outstanding issues are tracked until resolved Leads and participates in end user training through development of user guides and reference materials Guides learning and adoption of new technologies throughbusinesspartnerships Support Governance at all levels ofbusinessprocesses through analysis and process creation Collaborates to ensure Change Management is constant and seamless as possible Documents resource requirements and works to establish complete project plans Designs for broad Enterprise Services and Enterprise Resource Planning processes Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science,BusinessAdministration or relevant field of study or related field combined with equivalent technical experience 3 to 6 years\' work experience in aBusinessAnalystrole or related field combined with equivalent technical experience Manufacturing Systems planning and implementation Extensive Current State vs. Future State analysis and planning Introducing new Data Integration technologies and patterns Overall Enterprise Systems: HR, Legal, Safety, Facilities, Finance, Risk/Compliance, etc. Overall Manufacturing systems and processes such as: MES, PLM, WMS, F&O, Retail, etc. Knowledge of continuousbusinessimprovement methodologies Preference for work experience in a manufacturing or enterprise focused environment Familiar with professional BA standards and software development lifecycle e.g.,BusinessAnalysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK), Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and/or PMI Requirements Management Practice Guide CertifiedBusinessAnalysis Professional (CBAP ) or PMI-PBA Certification is a PLUS Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-starter able to motivateBusinessand Technical staff to meet goals and innovate Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Familiar withbusinessarchitecture practices andbusinesscapability driven planning Builds rapport in an open, friendly and accepting manner Strategic, conceptual and analytical thinking skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities Is effective in a variety of communication settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels Encourages the open expression of diverse ideas and opinions
