Requirements
JOB PURPOSE:Responsible to promote and implement human resource values by planning and managing human resources programs. Guiding and directing the overall provisions of Human Resources services, policies, and programs
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Monitor end to end employee life cycle from recruitment to exit.
2. Lead communication campaigns around policies and drive100% governance and adherence to On-roll statutory compliances.
3. Drive efficiency in HR ops related activities & last mile delivery along with relevant stakeholders on Employee Lifecycle & Self-service matters like Claims, Exit Clearances etc.
4. Partner with Leadership team in timely communication and roll out of all employees related policies and ensure timely redressal of all employee queries and grievances.
5. Ensure Robust processes and systems - Monthly Database and Organization structure management with complete accuracy. 6. Adoption and usage of various policies administration, ensuring employee delight balanced with cost management.
7. Ensure on time quality hiring from all sources.
8. Act as a Business Partner for the circle designing and implementing initiatives aligned to business needs
Talent Management
9. Ensure accurate and written job descriptions with clear job accountabilities, reporting structures and career paths
10. Working with the business to develop the design and architecture of the organization. Advising on business specific OD interventions e.g., organization restructures, Change Management, Performance Management, After Action Reviews. Understanding and developing the health of the organization and the culture
11. Developing, maintaining and delivering key Talent programs and supporting the overall development of capability across the organization.
12. Act as a consultant to the business on strategic interventions based on the People Plan
13. Affectively design and communicate the HR policies
14. Design R&R framework across all job levels and grade
Performance Management System
15. Implement the performance management philosophy, framework, and process for the organization and ensure completion of KRA setting, appraisal exercise on time.
16. Create a performance-oriented culture through monitoring on-going performance/productivity data; ensuring continuous performance discussions, development plans for key talent and corrective plans for low performers.
17. Implement online performance management system on HRMS flawlessly
18. High performer management and retention
19. Support the existing team in implementation of compensation strategy and driving compensation surveys, revamping of compensation structure, etc.
20. Provide HR Managers with insightful training practices to reach the established performance target goals
21. Determine and resolve workplace issues that prevent optimal performance, such as individual grievances or poor departmental structures
22. Explain to employees the methodology of current or upcoming performance practices thoroughly and professionally and follow up with them to ensure organization-wide understanding

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
MBA from Premier Institute with minimum 5 years' experience in Business Partnering role
