About the roleThe HR Business Partner Lead will play a pivotal role in driving HR strategy and operations across the organization, collaborating with senior leadership and leading a team of HR Business Partners. As a strategic partner, you will be responsible for aligning people strategies with business objectives, optimizing organizational performance, and fostering a culture that supports growth, engagement, and inclusion. This leadership role will involve driving talent management, leadership development, employee relations, and organizational development strategies across multiple business functions.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment and selection- Ensure that recruitment processes are efficient, inclusive, and aligned with business goals, balancing speed and quality in selection.- Coach hiring managers on effective interview techniques, candidate assessment, and decision-making.2. Employee engagement- Divisional engagement action planning and implementation- Drive rewards and recognition initiatives3. People process champion- Ensuring on time in full completion of all people processes (goal setting, reviews and increment cycle, engagement surveys)- Facilitate career discussions and ensure career closures for all managers4. Capability development- Partner with senior leadership to assess current and future talent needs, aligning employee capability development with business objectives and growth plans.- Drive development plans and learning needs as identified for all managers- Anchor all functional capability programs including functional onboarding and campus programs- Ensuring smooth and rigorous induction for all new joiners into the organization5. HR operations- Ensuring timely completion of all activities involved in the Employee Life Cycle like probation evaluation and confirmation of new joiners, transfers, exit interviews- Ensuring completeness and accuracy of data of all employees on Success Factors6.
