Role
As the Lead HRBP, you will be part of the HR function and will report to the HR Head.
The purpose of your role will be to develop and lead various HR strategies and processes across the location unit. Build and design strong HR strategies and practices that supports maximizing business unit\'s performance and operational excellence. And create an overall positive and engaging work space for the teams.
A purpose driven role for you
Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Lead the overall lifecyle management of the employees right from partnering with the Talent Acquisition team while sourcing, grievance redressal to offboarding of employees.
2. Design and conduct various capability building initiatives as per requirement and analysis
3. Enhance employee experience and focus on various people priorities like DE&I, arresting attrition, engagement, build productivity, etc.
4. Work on succession planning, run performance review cycle and talent reviews.
5. Lead overall initiatives and processes for smooth operations on day to day basis
A Day in the life
As a Lead HRBP, you will be working on various gamuts of HR right from building talent inventory to designing various initiatives and interventions for people. You will fsupport to drive positive culture and enhance employee experience (Process & Engagement). Build capability and skills to support people and business growth.
