Summary Based in Noida, this role will provide HR support for Gas Power South Asia Engineering & Project Management client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. Act as the HR Manager of record for a client group. They have knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others are aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market. Roles and Responsibilities As first point of contact, provide dedicated guidance and coaching to multiple managers and employees with specific focus on employee advocacy/engagement, HR fundamentals and process training, employee relations management, performance management, compensation planning, career conversations, talent assessment and retention initiatives. Drive contemporary employee engagement initiatives with a purpose of building motivated, inclusive, and diverse workplace. Help manage the different engagement and employee welfare councils in building a great motivated workplace. Partner with leaders to develop and execute both long-term and short-term HR strategies that directly support and enable business targets Work closely with the HR and cross functional teams to drive culture and other organizational initiatives from time to time. Drive various global projects and support initiatives like DI&E Act as an organizational & simplification coach who builds organizational capabilities, reduces complexity and partners with clients to maximize team performance Steer succession planning and talent development strategies for the organization, identifying critical roles and preparing potential talent and pipelines mentoring, training, etc. Required Qualifications MBA from Tier 1 (preferred) / Tier 2 college 3-6 yrs of relevant HR business partnering experience Confident, articulate , able to use judgment to drive outcomes and results with senior leaders Ability to influence and work across levels in complex matrixed MNC environment Strategic mindset with strong business acumen resulting in the ability to connect dots and drive HR agenda with proactive thought leadership Conviction to voice point of view & ideas and willingness to deliver tough feedback/coaching to business Additional Information Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes
