Responsibilities Manage Global SMEs in Background check and Onboarding process. Understanding UK immigration and ensuring update in WD. Reporting in SNOW. Publishing PPTs and reports per business requirement. Collaborate with stakeholders across the globe to understand process flow, bring in effective solutions and create FAQs. Managing a variety of HR processes in accordance with regional policies and procedural guidelines (UK). Work as a Subject Matter Expert/Quality Auditor for the Background check and Onboarding process. Demonstrate good proficiency in HR processes and standard operating procedures. Managing & Coordinating queries on Case management tool. Proactive resolution of Case related Queries/ Issues through investigation and probing. Manage and ensure smooth transition of new process to Background check and Onboarding teams. Accountable for all risks including process Compliances, Taking the lead in initiative/ extending additional support to end users/ Line managers / Stakeholders/Internal/ External Teams/Business. Working closely with the HR Community and COE\'s. Proactively contributing to improvements within the department. Supporting the People\'s Hub team with ad-hoc projects. Any other duties as requested by the HR Team Leader. Requirements Handling Background check and Onboarding teams and at least 2 years of experience in employee lifecycle or shared services environment or Global Capability centres. Ability to effectively collaborate and coordinate with different teams. Effective team management. Focused on bringing in innovative ideas and work arounds for complex issues. Preference will be given to candidates with experience and knowledge on Workday and Service Now Applications. Worked as an Subject Matter Expert/Quality Auditor for HR Shared Services in past experiences. Good IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook. Fluent English - excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong administrative ability, managing a complex and varied workload. Potential to develop as the team grows. Previous experience in a front facing customer servicerole and/or project experience is desirable. Should be flexible to work in multiple shifts.
