• Process and manage complete payroll-related tasks such as monthly inputs, F&F settlements and payroll reports.
• Verify and audit payroll information to ensure accuracy, including tax withholdings, benefits, and other deductions.
• Stay up to date with regulations and ensure the organization\'s compliance with these laws.
• Manage activities supporting hire to retire.
• Handle queries from employees related to HR policies, Payroll matters, Benefits, and General HR matters.
• Support HR audits and contribute to maintaining accurate HR records to ensure compliance.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects related to HR operations.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree
• Relevant experience required 6 - 8 years of work experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Compliance & Immigration
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
