What's the role?This role will manage various India- and Global- programs end-to-end at, mainly focusing on the India-wide initiative Great Place to Work. The position requires specialized project management skills, people practice acumen, HR expertise, and content-building capabilities. Responsibilities include interfacing with internal and external stakeholders. Depending on business needs, the role may also contribute to global projects and other regional initiatives.

  • Manage the end-to-end management of various regional and global people programs and strategic projects. Lead the Great Place to Work project(s), involving coordination with internal and external stakeholders, project management, and documentation.
  • Adhere to project requirements and timelines, updating project portal, ensuring cadence of project meetings are set and adhered to, highlighting project risks. As well as ensuring project is on track by orchestrating organizational efforts for successful outcomes.
  • Work with stakeholders and sponsors to arrange necessary approvals for project goals, budgets, and alignments.
  • Manage registration, survey execution, and stakeholder communication for programs like Great Place to Work. Serve as the main contact for communication and efforts related to the Great Place to Work program.
  • Develop engaging/innovative content, considering the levels of assessment reflecting the companys HR practices for assessments and audits and keeping updated on organizational developments. Ensure all company, business, and people practice information is conveyed positively and accurately.
  • Manage pre- and post-activity engagements throughout the year, ensuring participation requirements are met. Use various platforms to boost brand presence, informing key stakeholders of developments and upcoming events. Ensure accurate representation of Company facts, figures, information and SPOCs.
  • Lead the celebrations planning and execution by coordinating with business leaders, internal external stakeholders and regional project teams for seamless employee experience.
Who are you?
  • Overall experience of 6+ years of which min. of 2-year experience in Project/Program Management and Content Writing skills
  • At least a year experience of participating in external employer branding surveys preferably GPTW.
  • Excellent content writing, communication, articulation and presentation skills.
  • Team player with good collaboration skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and any other publishing tools
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and processes
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external groups.
