Strategic HR Advisory:


Collaborate with senior management, business leaders and global HRBP's to understand HR needs and provide strategic guidance and support.


Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization's objectives and promote a positive work culture.


Advise on organizational structure, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee retention, and succession planning etc.


HR activities and Compliance:


Oversee and manage day-to-day HR activities, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits, and HRIS administration.


Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.


Monitor HR metrics and analyse trends to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.


Collaborate with COE's L&D, C&B and Talent Acquisition to ensure smooth HR delivery of various HR activities.


Employee Engagement and Relations:


Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.


Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.


Conduct investigations and handle employee complaints or grievances in a fair and objective manner.


HR Projects and Initiatives:


Lead and participate in HR projects, such as policy development, process improvement, and change management initiatives etc.


Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative HR solutions and drive continuous improvement within the HR function.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and initiatives that support the company's strategic goals.

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field


Minimum of 12 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.


Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and processes.


Proven experience in providing strategic HR advisory services to business units.


Excellent team management skills.


Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.


Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


Demonstrated project management skills.
