The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and infrastructure projects, with a focus on managing HR and administrative functions at the site. The Lead - HR/Admin will be responsible for various aspects of HR and administrative tasks, including labor license management, labor record-keeping, payroll processing, vehicle maintenance, employee welfare, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. Key Responsibilities: Labor License Management : Obtain and renew labor licenses in accordance with site requirements and local regulations. Ensure all necessary documentation and approvals are in place for labor-related activities on the site. Labor Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain essential labor records, including muster roll, wage registers, overtime records, fines, deductions, and any other labor-related documentation. Ensure accuracy and compliance in labor record-keeping. Payroll Processing: Oversee the entire payroll process for site employees, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries and wages.Coordinate with the finance department to handle payroll-related matters. Vehicle Maintenance: Manage the maintenance and upkeep of site vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for vehicle repairs and maintenance. Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
