Become part of our finance department We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead/ Head of Transformation. As the lead or Head of Transformation for Finance and Accounting, you will play a pivotal role in leading and shaping the transformation journey within the Finance and Accounting (F&A) department. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive change, standardize processes, enhance controls, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be: 1. General Ledger Management: Oversee the general ledger process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to accounting principles and policies. Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and other GL transactions. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard financial integrity and minimize risks. 2. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Lead the preparation and distribution of periodic financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and coordinate external audits. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide accurate and insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. 3. Team Leadership and Development: Manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. Identify training and development needs, and implement programs to enhance the team\'s skills and knowledge. 4. Process Improvement and Systems Enhancement: Identify areas for process improvement, automation, and optimization in the GL and reporting functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes, enhance systems, and streamline workflows. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to financial reporting. 5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including senior management, business partners, and external auditors, to address financial reporting matters and provide accurate financial information. Act as a key liaison between finance and other departments, fostering effective communication and ensuring alignment on financial objectives. Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. Proven experience (15+ years) in leading and executing finance and accounting transformation initiatives on a global scale. Strong knowledge of financial systems and applications, as well as process improvement methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, global environment. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities. Change management expertise and the ability to drive cultural transformation.
