We are looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our team and help us make a real difference in the world.We are currently hiring for a Lead Graphic Designer- Analyzer to join our team in Remote/Mumbai/Kolkata:Team Lead - Design The Design Team lead manages a team of Designers who execute eLearning/online learning projects and provides creative direction, while adhering to customer-specific requirements. The team leader should have the ability to deep dive into incoming requests and escalations and prioritize work for his/her team. The candidate should also have an understanding of different learning content formats like microlearning, gamification, interactive videos, decision making, mobile learning, etc.Primary Skills -\xc2\xb7 Should have excellent English communication skills (Verbal as well as written)\xc2\xb7 Preferred from an art school background\xc2\xb7 Should be able to manage end to end development cycleSecondary Skills -\xc2\xb7 Ability to work under pressure and able to work on squeeze timelines\xc2\xb7 Should have an eye for details to perform error-free build reviewsResponsibilities -\xc2\xb7 Manage end-to-end development and team operations; handle design processes and related tools proactively engaging manager and stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Identify improvements to processes and contribute to root cause analysis, with a focus.\xc2\xb7 Assist in implementation of new design processes to support business initiatives.\xc2\xb7 Initiate collaboration with peers, partners and stakeholders to ensure high-quality.\xc2\xb7 Regularly communicate to internal /external stakeholders with a data driven approach/design rationale, and resolve issues with minimal guidance.\xc2\xb7 Conduct a trough review of the product developedSkills -\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite eg.Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Flash/Animate, After effects, Premier, Adobe XD/Invision, 3D and rapid development tools like Articulate, Captivate and others etc\xc2\xb7 Good leadership and communication skills (Verbal as well as written)\xc2\xb7 Training and mentoring other visual design team members\xc2\xb7 Project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in design tools and knowledge of various platforms (desktop and mobile) is requiredWhat Makes SA Technologies Inc.
