Key Responsibilities:

? Lead Nurturing:
? Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular follow-up

? Provide relevant information and resources to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
? Data Management:
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead activities in the CRM system.
? Analyze and report on lead generation metrics and campaign performance.
? Collaboration:
? Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share
insights.
? Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new lead generation tactics and
improve existing processes.
? Market Research:
? Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
? Identify new markets and opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
? Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role.
? Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and best practices.
? Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation
tools.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
? Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
? Experience in the IT Sales.
? Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools.
? Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
