What we want:We are seeking Lead Generation specialist working in the Office to handle the Adhoc daily lead generation requests as per the requirements and support the MQL generation for all the Business Units.   • Lead Identification: Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess the potential of leads by gathering relevant information and determining their fit with the company\'s offerings.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-up actions in the company\xe2\x80\x99s CRM system.
  • Collaborative: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Reporting: Track and report on lead generation metrics, including conversion rates, lead sources, and campaign performance.
  • Tech Savvy: Must be aware of multiple tools and databases to source leads as per the right volume and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role, preferably in the Lead Gen or IT services company for at least 6 months.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and other lead generation tools.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Driven to achieve and exceed lead generation targets daily.
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively on multiple lead gen tasks with the sales and marketing teams.
