Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers in target industries and geographies.
• Utilize tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, and CRM systems to build and maintain lead databases.
• Initiate contact with prospects through various channels, including email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital strategies.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with broader campaign strategies.
• Track and report on lead generation activities, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices for effective lead generation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in lead generation, preferably within IT services or international markets.
• Proficiency in lead generation tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, and CRM platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics and performance tracking.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in the IT services industry or B2B sales.
• Knowledge of additional lead generation software and automation tools.
• Familiarity with international business practices and cultural nuances.
