Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lead generation strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and qualify potential leads for TBB Agency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies that target national & international markets.
• Active list building using lead generation tools and platforms
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients in the beauty, wellness, and personal care industries.
• Engage with leads through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and personalized outreach on various platforms like Linkedin, Instagram etc... (We do not want automated outreach)
• Manage and nurture lead relationships until they are qualified and ready to be handed over to the sales team.
• Should be able to adjust the campaigns based on performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new lead generation opportunities.

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarity with the beauty industry is a plus
• Familiarity with International markets is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment
• Strong understanding of the international market landscape and ability to adapt strategies to various cultural contexts.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English is a must - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple lead generation campaigns simultaneously.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding lead generation targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,653.27 - ?25,000.00 per month
