We are looking for a dynamic Lead Generation Specialist who will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities. In this role, you will be expected to research and target potential clients, generate leads, and nurture relationships with prospects . Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media and emails. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and developing strategies to improve lead generation efforts and conversions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Conduct lead generation, prospecting and qualifying potential new clients
• Research competitor companies to create strategic communication plans
• Proactively schedule calls with perspective clients via phone and email
• Interact with other sales, marketing, and project delivery staff to collaboratively determine customer needs
• Inside/telephone sales experience
• Experience in lead generation and sales
• Excellent communications skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Sales-oriented and goal-oriented, self-starting and able to work without constant supervision
• Proven track record of successful lead generation, sales and meet commitments
• Ability to work individually and in a team
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
