Job Summary:

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract new customers and generate high-quality leads for the sales team. This role involves identifying potential customers, initiating contact, and nurturing leads through various channels to build a robust sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of generating and qualifying leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and engage potential customers.
• Identify and research target markets and customer segments to build a database of prospects.
• Utilize various channels such as email marketing, social media, webinars, content marketing, LinkedIn and CRM to generate leads.
• Prospect Outreach:
• Initiate contact with potential leads through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
• Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and decision-making process.
• Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Lead Nurturing:
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date information on leads and prospects.
• Develop and implement lead nurturing campaigns to keep potential customers engaged and informed.
• Follow up with leads regularly to ensure they are progressing through the sales funnel.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with overall business goals.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Track and analyze lead generation metrics and KPIs to measure the success of campaigns.
• Prepare and present reports on lead generation activities, results, and recommendations for improvement.
• Use data-driven insights to refine lead generation strategies and tactics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
