We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing potential clients, contributing to the growth of the company by generating qualified leads that fuel our sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Research and identify potential candidates through various channels including online platforms, social media, email campaigns, and industry events.
• Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring alignment with company's target market.
• Database Management: Maintain and update lead database using CRM tools to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
• Collaboration: Work with the recruiting and marketing teams to create effective outreach campaigns and refine lead generation strategies.
• Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates on lead generation efforts, track KPIs, and offer insights to improve the lead qualification process.
• Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-up of all leads to keep them in the sales funnel.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing in recruitment field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve lead generation strategies.
• Goal-oriented, with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, or paid media campaigns.
