Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update a robust database of prospects with accurate information.
• Outreach and Communication:
• Initiate and manage communications with prospects via email, phone calls, and social media.
• Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, or product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams:
• Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and provide detailed prospect information.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with broader campaigns and strategies.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting:
• Use CRM tools to track lead generation progress and maintain records of interactions.
• Provide regular updates and detailed reports on lead conversion metrics to management.
• Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, potential markets, and customer needs.
• Analyze competitors' activities to refine strategies for targeting and messaging.
• Continuous Learning:
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure effective lead generation techniques.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
