Oxygenites Company is a fast-growing digital marketing company specializing in innovative strategies to help businesses grow their online presence. We are looking for a talented Meta Ads Specialist to generate qualified leads and expand our reach within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns to generate qualified leads for our digital marketing services.
• Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies targeting B2B clients across Indian and international markets.
• Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify target segments and tailor ad campaigns accordingly.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and create comprehensive reports to assess lead quality and return on investment (ROI).
• Optimize ad creatives, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize lead conversion rates and reduce cost per lead (CPL).
• Collaborate with the internal marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals and brand messaging.
• Stay updated with the latest Meta ad tools, algorithms, and trends to ensure effective campaign management.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns, with a focus on lead generation for B2B clients.
• Proven track record of achieving qualified leads and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, audience targeting, and conversion funnels.
• Analytical skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with creative tools for ad content creation is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
