Position Overview: As a Lead Generation Campaign Specialist (LinkedIn), you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive LinkedIn marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and engage our target audience. You'll leverage your expertise in LinkedIn's platform and best practices to drive measurable results for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement LinkedIn marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Create engaging LinkedIn content, including posts, articles, and sponsored updates.
• Optimize company LinkedIn pages and individual profiles for SEO and visibility.
• Manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including budget management and performance analysis.
• Monitor LinkedIn analytics and KPIs to track campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align LinkedIn marketing initiatives with overall marketing plans.
• Stay updated on LinkedIn trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive with a specialization in LinkedIn marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn's advertising platform, including Campaign Manager and LinkedIn Analytics.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing data and interpreting metrics.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
