We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation and Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into long-term clients. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead Generation:•
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries.
• Utilize tools like LinkedIn, CRM systems, and online platforms to source leads.
• Qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of prospective clients.
•Sales Execution:•
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets.
• Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
• Identify client needs and propose customized solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure timely follow-ups.
•Relationship Management:•
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Act as a point of contact for client concerns and inquiries.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to improve offerings based on client needs.
•Reporting and Analysis:•
• Track sales metrics and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Analyze sales performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
