FunctionQualityPay BandM3 to M5RoleAs a Lead E&E Proprietary Parts you will be reporing to Section Head EV Supplier Evaluation and be a part of the EV Quality team within Quality Function. The Purpose of your role is Data Analytics- Parts/Connected features, Capp etc.-Development, testing & process setup. Drive AI digitization & Data analytics for AI enabled solutions, Process Automation, customer drivability vehicle Cloud data processing & Testing. Vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) & Vehicle-to-Anything (V2X), Advanced driver assistance system (ADAS). Future Mobility / OTA/ Charging Infrastructure & Swappable Batteries. Alignment with relevant stakeholders to avoid potential market or development failures.A purpose driven role for youYour Roles and Responsibilities will include but be not limited to the Following-
1) Drive Connected features roadmap, development, Testing & its lateral deployment across all platforms
2) Develop AI enabled solutions & Process Automation
3) Develop robust solution for Charging Infra and swappable batteries ensuring product safety and testing, quality, reliability and environmental compliance

• Charging protocols, types of charging systems, charging connectors and charging modes
• HV battery system and its charging requirements & power grid
• HV and LV connections for vehicle and battery pack
• Charger testing standards, validation and certification
• Future trends in charging technology (wireless charging)
• High Voltage charging system development / engineering

4) Drive DFMEA/ PFMEA practice

• Ensure CFT participation.
• CTQ identification and cascading

5) Base Model@G4 / After Market MP /GB issues Resolution

• Gate tracking, Event trials, Dwg. Study.
• Alignment & senior review (MQ/GB/GPP/PL)

A Day in the lifeOn a day-to-day basis you will be coordinating and alignment with stakeholders:
1. Alignment with internal and external collaborators on connected features, database developers to improve data collection and storage processes (CIT, Quality, overall CFT )
2. Quality (along with cost) while choosing supplier First time right Approach with SS/VD as well as Proto machining route aligned with MP established Processes.
3. DFMEA discussion on New Technological Parts- No Past Failure data / experience including Proprietary parts.
4. Design & Develop automatic data processing algorithms, including individual and batch-wise post-processing of common battery and electrochemical methods
5. Identify the correct types of models that should be used to answer the relevant engineering questions, and shape the fundamental approach to Vehicle & battery modelling within the company
6. Build predictive models based on Multiphysics simulations and experimental data for vehicles parts preventive healthAcademic Qualification & Experience

• Graduation in Engg (Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science)

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Connected Vehicle Technology with Cloud, Infrastructure, Vehicle interface with Personal device
• Telematics & Wireless Communication - Dev & Process Testing Infrastructure setup, Cyber Security
• Connected vehicle features, hardware, software requirements, Validation test cases
• OS, Cloud platforms, network technologies & comm. protocols
• Modelling using Matlab/Simulink, Stateflow, Software V-model development
• Problem Solving and Defect analysis
