Key Responsibilities

Position: Lead Full Stack Engineer Location: Noida/Gurgaon/ Hyderbad Experience: 6-9 Yrs Preferred Background: Experience in Product, eCommerce, or B2B SaaS industries is a plus. Role Overview: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer to join the team. The ideal candidate should have 6+ years of experience, including 2+ years of team-leading responsibilities, and a solid foundation in frontend and backend development with expertise in modern frameworks and technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the development of scalable and efficient web applications.
• Design, implement, and optimize both client-side and server-side architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver project requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
• Mentor and guide team members, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability using lazy loading and other techniques.

Key Skills Required: * Frontend:

• JavaScript: Proficiency in core concepts like prototypes, event loops, closures, hoisting, variable scope, and ES6 features.
• React.js: Expertise in hooks, Redux, and performance optimization.
• Styling: Proficiency with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or Bootstrap.
• Backend:

• Node.js/Python: Strong knowledge of building server-side applications.
• Experience with MongoDB or PostgreSQL databases.
• Proficient in creating and consuming REST APIs.
• Additional Skills:

• Data structures and algorithms (DSA) with an understanding of arrays, loops, stacks, queues, etc.
• Familiarity with Next.js, Django, GraphQL, and microservices architecture is a plus.
