Reports To: The Lead Full Stack Developer will report to Line Manager Job Overview: This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Full stack Developer at Grethena located in Chennai. As a Lead Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing and participating in the development of both front-end and back-end web applications. You will work closely with the development team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. This role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and mentoring junior developers. Onsite: This role has potential chance of onsite opportunity for UK after 6 months to 1 year for Short or long term based on the requirement. Responsibilities Advanced Code Development: Write, review, and enhance high-quality code using JavaScript/Typescript, Node.Js ,React.Js, CSS, and Next.js Lead the development of complex applications, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability Code Debugging and Optimization: Analyze and debug existing code to identify and resolve issues Optimize code for performance, reliability, and maintainability Database Integration and Scripting Able to lead a team and execute end to end project without any dependency Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation for new software features and functionalities. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to analyze and implement designs from Figma. Ensure that design specifications are fully integrated and functional. Mentorship and Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers. 2 / 2 Lead code reviews, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Propose and implement best practices to enhance development processes and team productivity. Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in unit testing and source control technologies (e.g., Git). Experience with developing and deploying full-stack applications for both web and mobile platforms. Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to maintain high attention to detail in coding and documentation. Commitment to ensuring pixel-perfect implementation of UI designs. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills for understanding complex systems and resolving issues efficiently. Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex applications. Leadership and Communication: Proven ability to lead development teams and manage project timelines effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for coordinating with cross-functional teams. Passion for Development: Deep interest in programming and a strong passion for web and mobile development. Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with new technologies and trends.
