Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Architect to lead our high-caliber multi-disciplinary engineering team in delivering complex highly scalable products for B2B and B2C markets aligned to the business strategy of our various businesses. You\'ll be the technical leader of a cross-functional team that\'s responsible for the full engineering and software development life cycle, from conception to deployment of products. Responsibilities: Responsible for the end-to-end engineering and rapid prototyping of next-gen products - Concepts, Architecture, Design and Delivery - built on digital technologies Work with innovation leaders and product managers to understand their pain points and work with engineering team to address the same through the application of new technologies and leading the implementation Deliver technology advisory and solution consulting with a systems-thinking mindset Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 multi-disciplinary engineers to deliver full stack IOT solutions Co-create and collaborate to shape abstract new product / solution ideas to minimum viable products - Execute PoC, MVP and product-centric projects in a cloud native environment Architect scalable, robust and cost-effective end-to-end digital products / solutions Use Systems-thinking approach to design solutions that includes hardware, software, embedded, cloud, web, data and IOT technology domains Design client-side and server-side architecture - microservices based cloud native application architecture (REST, SOA) Designing and developing enterprise-scale business services using APIs Develop data architecture and design using both SQL and NoSQL database technologies Adapting interface for modern applications using the latest front-end technologies Use modern software development and DevOps practices such as CI / CD, Agile, Scrum, XP and Domain Driven Design Have a research mind-set to investigate complex technical challenges and work towards building a strong portfolio of differentiating and reusable intellectual property assets Handle diverse situations and changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software Define and establish architecture principles, guidelines, reference architectures, and design patterns especially Perform threat and risks assessments and refactor existing products and applications Qualifications Experience Requirements: 12+ years of software architecture, design and development experience that includes front end, backend, database, IOT and cloud / web technologies Skills / Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Electronics Engineering 6+ years of experience building and implementing web-scale production app / products on cloud platform (Azure) Hands-on full stack IOT solution / application development expertise with solid foundations in designing, and developing B2B and B2C software web applications Hands-on experience in at least one cloud platform (preferably Azure) Strong expertise of microservice based architecture and design patterns using REST / SOA Frameworks and APIs Clear understanding of Non-Functional requirements of highly scalable web application and impact of design decisions on NFRs. Exposure to designing systems that included - hardware, embedded software and related IOT technologies, network topologies, transport protocols etc. Proficiency in server-side languages like Java/Python/PHP/Ruby/NodeJS etc. Solid knowledge on JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, React Proficiency with front-end languages like JavaScript/Type Script, CSS3, HTML5 Proficiency with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, SQL Server and caching mechanisms such as Redis, Memcached and Varnish Working knowledge of web service infrastructure such as DNS, load balancers, reverse proxies, CDNs, application Servers, and databases Solid knowledge of service technologies like Redis, Queues, Kubernetes, Docker and SQL Experience in full stack frameworks using Java / Python / MEAN / MERN stack etc. Experience in TDD, Unit Testing, Integration testing and API testing. Experience in establishing DevSecOps and CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.) Good Knowledge on Cloud automation techniques like Terraform and Ansible Additional Information Good to Have Experience working in innovation labs Experience in Manufacturing and Industrial Technology domain
