Required to work in US Shift on Month ends, Quarter ends and Year end (Shift D: 5.30PM to 2.30 AM)Knowledge / Skills / Experience:\xc2\xb7 4 - 5 years of relevant FP&A experience.\xc2\xb7 Excellent MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint must) skills.\xc2\xb7 Experience with Tableau, PowerBI or other data visualization tools a must.\xc2\xb7 A demonstrated ability to follow controls procedures to ensure data accuracy.\xc2\xb7 Very strong organization skills and demonstrated ability to proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise.\xc2\xb7 Possesses a growth mindset with willingness to challenge the status quo and try new approaches.\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to navigate through ambiguity within a complex organization across a variety of functions and across various level of management.\xc2\xb7 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\xc2\xb7 Proactive and resilient. Flexible for extended hour working, as per business needs.\xc2\xb7 CA/CPA/CFAResponsibilities\xc2\xb7 Support the production of all key charts, visuals and trending management reports leveraging \xe2\x80\x9cbook of record\xe2\x80\x9d sources owned by the data team. These will feed into the Quarterly Business Review (QBR), Strategic Plan, Budgeting & Forecasting, etc.\xc2\xb7 Ensure that charts and visuals are accurate and that minimal control errors are found by senior members of the team.\xc2\xb7 Quarterly production process \xe2\x80\x93 produce tableau visuals (recurring and new / from scratch) and input data into management reporting reports/workbooks.\xc2\xb7 Support maintenance of a competitor database of key metrics ensuring accuracy and completeness of data. Updating on a regular basis to track status to ensure all stakeholders are engaged and aware of key deadlines and requirements.\xc2\xb7 Key deliverables preparation: KPIs/OSFI/Risk Appetite/Phantom Shares/Capital Raising Institutional Marketing Team/Filing on CAS/Headcount Dashboard\xc2\xb7 Support development of annual calendar (key processes/key milestone dates/ resources/key contacts etc.)\xc2\xb7 Additional accountabilities as assigned by the Senior Associate including ad-hoc project support.What is required to succeed in this role?\xc2\xb7 Attention to detail, strong business acumen, technical financial acumen, and analytical skill set.\xc2\xb7 Ability to prioritize tasks and determine what is important and where value can be best added.\xc2\xb7 Learning ability, strong analytic and diagnostic skills dealing with opportunities and issues.\xc2\xb7 Growth mindset, which will be supported by coaching and mentoring.Job Category: InvestmentsPosting End Date: 29/10/2024
