Purpose Build key deliverables as per project timelines and understanding the complete details available on fixture. Technical Skills Experience in Assembly fixture, Thermoforming die & molding die manufacturing and qualification process. Experience in selection of manufacturing process. Experience in Selection of tool and cutters for the critical profile manufacturing. Drive the suppliers for the fixtures wise manufacturing update. Experience in technical and commercial negotiation skill. Knowledge in material selection as pe the AISI, JIS & ISO STD. Knowledge on GD&T as per ASME. Knowledge on Plastic materials for fixture design. Knowledge on Manufacturing process. Knowledge on Heat treatment & Coating process. High proficiency on detailing of parts. Hands on experience on inspection of fixtures. Knowledge of Fixtures Integration in the machine Knowledge in inspection methods & Tools. Ability to set-up and run all standard machine shop equipment- lathes, mills, surface grinders, etc. Ability to work to tolerances of +/- 0.002\' Special Requirement Able to co-ordinate with cross functional teams to resolve quality issue within organization. Provide the solution for manufacturing related challenges. Experience in various electronic Gadgets related fixture design. Experience in various electronic Gadgets related cosmetic fixture. Able to co-ordinate with vendors to meet design indent during PDI. Able to understand the fixture handling practices. Ability to interpret the variations with actual design. Carrying out failure analysis and finding solutions to fixture integrations problems. Additional Technical Requirements NX(Preference), AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Solid works, MS office Qualification BE /B. Tech degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics.
