As member of Finance Business Partner Team We are looking for a motivated and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team! As a Finance Business Partner , you will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial procedures that support the to analyse, report and control the performance of the company. As a Finance Business Partner you will be accountant who work alongside different departments, providing financial information and analysis to senior management helping them make more informed decisions and driving business strategy.
As Lead, you will be working as an excellent project manager as well as a creative thinker. This is a role that calls for both a starter and a coordinator. You must be able to apply your analytical skills beyond the traditional functions of finance and to bring the Business team to bear on a broad range of commercial issues. These issues must then be effectively brought to life for senior management teams. This is why the ability to listen, interpret, influence, negotiate, inspire and challenge are all vital to the role.

Responsibilities

1.

Project Financial Management :

Oversee all financial aspects of assigned projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Providing effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered. Manage and ensure proper recognition of project revenue and Costs according to accounting standards. Ensure Customer invoicing is done by Project managers on time. Work closely with Project Managers to understand their needs and provide financial support, guidance, and insights.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare and analyse financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

4.

Variance Analysis:

Identify and analyse discrepancies between actual and budgeted costs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

5.

Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate financial results and future expectations to project managers and other stakeholders.

Our requirements

1. The role of a finance business partner requires a different set of skills to the traditional finance back office function.
2. The role will require you to be a qualified Master degree in finance or business administration, CMA Intern but it will also need you to demonstrate specific qualities.
3. Minimum 5-10 years with a demonstrated result within business support as finance function
4. This is very much a strategic role. Information and reporting are just the tip of the iceberg. What really matters is your ability to see the value in the information you provide and to inspire others to make use of it.
5. It calls for someone who is used to working in a rapidly changing environment and who is comfortable proposing, justifying, initiating and implementing change.
6. To achieve this you will need a strong set of 'soft' skills, including:Analytical Skills Teamwork and Collaboration Presentation Relationship building Negotiation Facilitation and conflict resolution
