Job Title: Finance Lead: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance person to lead our Financeworkstream implementation strategy. This role is crucial for our Finance initiatives and will require acandidate with extensive expertise in various Finance workstreams.Key Responsibilities:Define and execute our Finance workstream implementation strategy for new global capabilitycenter.Financial Planning: Develop, implement and manage strategies for budgeting and forecasting toachieve the financial goals of the GCC.Cost Optimization: Develop, implement and manage effective cost management strategies.Payroll and Expense Management: Develop, implement and manage efficient payroll andexpenses management process.Revenue Management: Raise invoices and track the project revenues.Employee Tax regulations and Procedures: File employee tax returns.Risks, Compliance and Management: Adhere to organization and industry compliance policies.Finance Applications and Reporting: Provide, implement and manage business intelligence toolsfor financial planning and reporting.Ability to design and implement culture-specific training and onboarding programs.Location: Hyderabad, India
