Together we will shape the future of Sandoz are you ready to make a difference Position Purpose: This job role shall be responsible for Facility Management, Execution activities and documentation of GMP activities. Your Key Responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: . GMP & abiding and ensuring compliance to the Health, Safety & Environment policy. Completion of all trainings assigned to role. Ensure integrity of data at workplace. Ensure good documentation practices at workplace. Work & follow Novartis safety guidelines and safety precautions to avoid damage to person and Equipment. Identify the scope of improvement in the services provided on daily basis. . Responsible for site FM administration activities, supervising of canteen activity, Transport activity, housekeeping activities at site. To ensure the pest control operation activities are as per SOP. Scrap Management and transfer from site. 1. Housekeeping - To be responsible for housekeeping of Kalwe facility (all buildings, creche) as per standards. 2. Security Management - Responsible for access control management as desired for all associates in K1 K2. 3. Transportation - To handle transport facility for associates, car hire for visitors and guests as and when desired as per policy. 4. Canteen Management - To handle canteen facility as per standards at optimal cost to the satisfaction of associates, also, be responsible for addressing grievances of shift associates related to canteen administration. 5. Laundry/Pest Control - To interact with all partners, take feedback and ensure good laundry management/ pest control as per GMP standards. To actively participate in audits for this area and ensure total compliance. 6. Facility Management - To be responsible for facility administration like allocation of workstation to associates, telephone lines, conference rooms, Courier Services etc. at site within budget. 7. Biometric Access Control System - To handle entry & exit of all associates through system, and manage the system. . Budget/ Cost Savings - Responsible for preparing functional budget, Managing expenses within the budget and support management in cost savings drive. Documentation/ Record Keeping - To Manage agreement with service providers, site inspection and bill payment. Payments to Vendors - To ensure timely payments to all vendors within area of responsibility as per company policy and procedures. Scrap and idle asset removal and disposal. . Responsible for contractual results as per SAM document for NTO Kalwe Sites at Mumbai. Make FM plan of action to deliver service levels within the prescribed budget to the client. Reviews various MIS reports. Meets with cross functional team and appropriate departments to discuss, resolve any discrepancies. Take all vital actions to endure that there is no shortfall in quality of services. . Be responsible for Services Delivery of all FM services. 1. Housekeeping 2. Traffic and Parking Management 3. Non-Hazardous - Waste Management 4. Pest Control 5. Gardening 6. SLA and AMC Management 7. Statutory Compliance 8. Reporting and Analysis 9. Finance and Budgeting 10. Training and people development 11. Quality and Consistency of overall operational processes. . Ensure site readiness and assist in maintaining statutory compliance. Legal compliance for all FM services being provided. Coordination for internal fit outs for projects work. To raise work permit request as per site Safety procedure and review of admin GMP document. . Co-ordination for the development work in department & site transfer projects. Co-ordination with engineering department for various maintenance activities. Co-ordination with quality assurance and quality control for release, quality issues, Audits. Co-ordination with technology transfer and development department for various projects . Additional Responsibilities: 1. Any other responsibility that may be assigned from time to time. 2. Maintain confidentiality and ensure safe custody and efficient handling of company document / material. 3. Perform any other task that may be assigned for running of the company as per latest quality standard and Novartis Corporate Guidelines. 4. Ensure with effective supervision that the performance of the team is optimum and meets the expectations of the company with respect to HSE. 5. In general, to take appropriate actions after doing independent analysis and arriving at decisions for day-to-day work related matters. 6. Work and collaborate with other teams thereby demonstrating the capacity to influence others and arrive at best-in-class decisions. 7. Presenting and placing the analysis/decisions on work related matters before the appropriate decision-making authority at appropriate time. 8. Support for ONCO facilities as and when required.
