We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Learning School facilitators to join our team.

Vacancy for:

1. Lead Facilitators

2. ?Home room Facilitators

(Parent Toddler/ Junior Toddler/ Senior Toddler / Pre-primary 1 / Pre-primary 2)

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. The Early Learning School facilitator will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow.

Responsibilities:

? Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that encourages children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

? Plan and lead engaging and educational activities, including arts and crafts, story time, and outdoor play.

? Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and respected.

? Observe and assess children's progress and communicate regularly with parents/guardians about their child's development.

? Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and enriching learning experience for all students.

? Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, following all health and safety guidelines.

? Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications:

Lead Facilitators - A minimum of 02years experience in a school leadership position

Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or related field (Master's degree referred).

State teaching certification/licensure for early childhood education.

Previous experience working with young children in a classroom setting.

Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues.

Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.

Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ?38,101.13 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
