You will be employed by ANSR until Land O\'Lakes GCC is operationally ready. • Under general supervision work in a Data Integration (DI) service environment which includes data analysis and design, data base architecture, metadata and repository creation and data integration process creation.
• Work closely with Business System Analysts team members to understand business requirements.
• Provide input to technical design estimates and technical specifications.
• Use Informatica (Land O\'Lakes standard DI tool) to integrate data between applications and databases and the data warehouse.
• Identify and assist in establishing development standards.
• Develops appropriate systems documentation.

Required (Basic) Experience & Education:

• 3-7 years of relevant work experience and Bachelor\'s Degree in a relevant field of work. 2 years of data warehouse development experience preferred.

Required Competencies & Other Skills:

• Programming and Development experience with Informatica and other Extract, Transform and Load tools.
• Demonstrated understanding of application development principles.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work on cross-functional project teams.
• Strong understanding of structured design, development, and implementation of new computing architectures.

Preferred Experience & Education:

• Masters degree, systems architecture work, service oriented design and development and exposure to Cloud technologies and architectures.
• ETL technologies such as Oracle Data Integrator and Informatica.

Preferred Competencies & Other Skills:

• Experience providing technical guidance to the team as well as training and mentoring other staff.
• Experience with CRM On Demand and/or OBIEE and DAC a positive. Strong architecture and design skills.
• Troubleshooting production applications.
• Percentage of Travel 0-5%
