Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1. Vehicle Electrical / Electronic Architectural Design: Lead the conceptualization and development of advanced vehicle electrical / electronic architectures, ensuring they align with industry standards and support future technological advancements.
2. Vehicle Networking: Architect and implement robust and scalable vehicle networking solutions, overseeing seamless communication among diverse electrical components and systems.
3. Vehicle Electrical Electronics Integration: Provide technical leadership in integrating complex electrical and electronics components into the overall vehicle system, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
4. Electric Vehicle Architecture, System Architecture: Drive initiatives related to electric vehicle architecture, conducting in-depth analyses to ensure scalability, efficiency, and adaptability to evolving technologies.
5. Communication Protocols (CAN, CAN FD, ETHERNET, LIN, LVDS, A2B): Apply advanced expertise in communication protocols, including CAN, CAN FD, and ETHERNET, LIN, LVDS, A2B to optimize data exchange within the vehicle electronics system and stay at the forefront of industry trends.
6. Vehicle Electrical Validation: Oversee and execute comprehensive validation processes for vehicle electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards. Develop and implement advanced testing methodologies.
7. Requirements Engineering: Lead the development and refinement of detailed requirements for vehicle electrical systems, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives.
8. Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture. Lead by example and inspire excellence in project execution.
9. Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Lead research initiatives to evaluate and implement cutting-edge solutions in vehicle electrical engineering.
10. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers, to achieve seamless integration of electrical systems into the overall vehicle design.
