Education: BSC/MSC/B.E/B.Tech in Any Field ( Science field preferred)


Experience: 4-5 Years

Roles & Responsibilities


Job Role


• Experience in understanding and analysing User requirements and Specifications ( RFQ/Tender/SOW)
• 2-3 years Experience in Aero/Defence Software Quality Assurance/control
• Define and communicate to team on scope per requirement/scope
• Co-ordinating with user/customers for drafting, curating and maintaining project documentations as per Aviation/DRDO/internal guidelines/Customer formats
• Document technical data generated by the assigned project consistent with engineering policies and procedures.
• Co-ordinate with project teams and other stakeholders to get necessary revisions/updates and approvals in each stage of the project development and deployment lifecycle
• Plan and Manage client Review/Approval meetings


Mandatory Skills :


• Certified Tester
• Leadership Qualities to setup SQA and drive
• Technical content writing/Editing
• Client Management
• Co-ordinate Internal and External Communication


Desired Skills:


• Exposure to Systems Integration /Technical Project/SDLC/Project Management
• Experience in Six Sigma/CMMI


Soft Skills :


• Positive attitude towards work (Dynamic)
• Handling Multiple Projects testing
• ensure timely reporting and response to stakeholders
