1. Salesforce Development:

• Design and implement scalable solutions within Salesforce, with a focus on Service Cloud functionality.
• Develop custom applications, Apex triggers, and Visualforce pages to

enhance and extend Salesforce capabilities.
2. Service Cloud Expertise:

• Leverage deep knowledge of Service Cloud features and functionality to

optimize customer service processes.

• Implement and customize Service Cloud components such as cases,

entitlements, knowledge base, and service console.
3. Integration and Data Management:

• Integrate Salesforce with other business applications and systems to

ensure seamless data flow.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through effective data management

practices.
4. Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior Salesforce

engineers.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and

translate them into technical solutions.
5. Code Review and Best Practices:

• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best

practices.

• Implement and advocate for best practices related to Salesforce

development and configuration.
6. Problem Solving:

• Analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions to

enhance system performance and reliability.

• Collaborate with support teams to troubleshoot and resolve production

issues.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Salesforce Engineer, with a focus on Service

Cloud.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer certification is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Solid understanding of Service Cloud features and configuration.
• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices for security and data governance.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Flow.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Previous experience in [industry/sector] is a plus
