Nacelle Module
Nacelle Lifecycle ManagementNacelle Life Cycle Management (LCM) is part of the Nacelle module, which is responsible for a/ driving cost out for all nacelle products b/design maintenance c/ISM and d/ Hypercare. The team is located in ChennaiResponsibilities

• Deliver the Cost Out Ideas from Idea Stage to Implementation, conduct cost out workshops (Factory/Supplier/Engineering)
• Solve the Technical Risks\xe2\x80\xa2 Align with Value chain stakeholders
• Participate and take ideas from modules in Quarterly and monthly reviews
• Technical responsible for idea and value creation.
• Review and agree on Business Case elements per idea
• Setup & align tech. Expectations with each idea owners within modules.
• Review & bring all target ideas to a certain maturity level to meet overall targets.
• Setup Technical Reviews in module level

Qualifications

• Master\'s / Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering / Structural Engineering / Aerospace/ similar fields
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in design & development of dynamic mechanical systems with significant experience in cost out programs\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in Driving Cost reduction with Design, Suppliers and Value Chain
• Engineering Change Management (ECM)
• Knowledge in ISO standards related to mechanical component design Systems engineering experience

• Quickly pick up on the array of software tools and processes we use in our workflow
• Can develop innovative solutions to the situations we face when performing these analyses\xe2\x80\xa2 Including development or introduction of new tools and processes into our workflow
• Have a solid understanding of mechanical systems
• Efficiently communicate with the Engineers
• Succeed as part of a team and that it comes naturally for you to collaborate and share knowledge
• Have the patience to listen to, understand and respect your colleagues
• Are committed to pushing the state-of-the art in Wind Turbine CAD technology
• Like to work with complex engineering problems and have a creative approach to new opportunities
• Experience with Creo and PDM Link and Jira
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum)
• Project Management and business education/experience
