Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
1. Lead the team by working closely with various stake holders
2. Review DVP, DFMEAs, Test standards and procedures
3. Manage budgets and timelines
4. Prepare MIS for reviews
5. Escalate key issues on time
6. Plan Prioritize and schedule the tests
7. Plan the Capex requirements along with Infra
8.Optimize DVPs samples
Experience
12-15 years
Industry Preferred
Automotive Industry
Qualifications
BE, ME- Electrical and Electronics
General Requirements
1. Understand product life cycles of Evs
2. Co orelate field issues to validation and DVP
3. Derive validation independent test cases related to Evs
4. Good knowledge on vehicle systems of Evs
5. Good knowledge of power electronics components
6. Good domain expertise on Battery MCU and IPDU
7. Identify new failure modes in design
8. Connect DVPs to life cycle including End of life
